Depends on where you are playing. If it is a proper casino like Las Vegas or an Indian casino, then it is random, not predetermined. If you are playing at one of those Sweepstakes Parlors that are popping up in the south, then it is a sweepstakes and your winnings are determined when you make your purchase. It ‘s not because you picked the wrong door that ended your chances of earning more coins, they already had the total all racked up and whatever selection you picked would just show you whatever the total amount which had been pre recorded.they like to play with people’s emotion to make you feel bad about yourself, so that you will continue to play and hopefully on their part.. to loose more money .

You may be the expert, but if expierence creates the truth…. then I stand by my previous statement.. I certainly believe that in slot games where they have several “doors” or “boxes” or treasure chest” etc, that is has already been pre determined when the game activated that only a certain amount of coins would be released, and it doesn’t matter if you choose door number 7 or eight or whatever. You should not feel bad if after only two or three selections you get “shut out”.

Sorry, but the results are not pre-determined. It really matters which “symbols” you choose and the results are purely random.

I figured out that it is already pre selected what you will get. it doesn’t matter which door you picked, the machine would only release the amount that was programmed into it well before you even sat down.So don’t feel bad when you get shut out after only two “selections”. I have stopped using my money at casinos and only use the free coupons or free play.

I had to look that up in the urban dictionary (LOL). But you are right. Let’s keep it real and tell it like it is. there ain’t a damm thing that you can do about winning money. Sometimes I won $50 and others went home with nothing having only spent my free casino coupon. I used to get mad when I play the games where you have to choose a door or a treasure box and I seem to always push the door with the lowest amount or ends the game.

your best bet is to switch it up, but carefully do so. that is bet 1 coin a few times, then ramp it up to max coins. I used this method on a 5 line, 3 reel game and won $100 within 15 spin…however a few times I wasnt careful and didnt bet all line and missed a $50 win.

Just to relieve your hurt, you wouldn’t get the jackpot. The reason is it depends on time you hit the button, if you hit the button a millisecond different than she did, you would not have gotten it.

The rule of thumb (IMO) of when to bet maximum coins is when you have won some money on minimum coins so you feel okay with betting maximum coins.

I’m the type of person that must bex max coins all the time no matter what slot machine. I would hate to miss out on an extra payoff or jackpot because I did not use an extra coin.. That’s just me but good advice..

You can get that informtion directly from the slot manufacturers. Each machine has a “par sheet” that shows the various symbols on a machine and how often they will hit. It also shows the total payback percentage for each machine. Par sheets are not made available to the general public. However, if you do a goole seach for “par sheets” you will find a few sites that display some.

I have always wondered the odds of hitting one line games like a quarter triple diamond or a quarter triple diamond progressive. Can you do a video explainng approximate odds please. I have not been able to find the information anywhere.

Sounds more like a modified mulitplier than a progressive. The odds are so slim of hitting the jackpot that it would be best to bet one coin at a time. However, you may not be satisfied with a small win if you hit the jackpot and didn’t bet enough to win it. As stated in the video, you would be better off playing video poker rather than slots. It’s a little more work, but your money will last a lot longer and you can be sure that you are playing the machines with the highest payback percentages.

Video keno is a bad game. Just like video poker, the payback percentages can be mathematically determined by looking at the paytables. However, the video keno machines never have good payback percentages like you will find on video poker. You can find video poker games with payback percentages around 100%, but you won’t won’t find any like that for keno. Most would be closer to 90%. The reason for the difference is that video poker has a skill involved while keno doesn’t.

So what do you suggest for a quarter dollar machine that pays you in 5 lines with a max bet of 5 coins. Considering the fact that lines 1 through 4 pays the same amount (2000 coins) for the jackpot, but the fifth lines pays the progressive. Thanks.

My wife and I go to Vegas twice a year. It is great to see young kids like yourselves winning and having a great time, especially since it was your honeymoon.
