Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Contesera, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Still sealed in their original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Returns are issued as store credit only

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
